Can I print a sign with my property’s QR code?+
Yes. Inside each property, choose the Welcome or Minimal layout in portrait A5 or ISO B5. Personalise the colours, use your account logo and edit the heading and welcome message. Instructions are available in Portuguese or English; custom messages are not automatically translated. Preview and save the design for that property. Download a PDF centred on A4 for home printing at Actual size / 100%, or a print-shop file with 3 mm bleed and crop marks. Layout positions are fixed. The Hostsy.app signature stays visible, and QR-only SVG download remains available. Hostsy does not supply physical signs or a printing service.
Will I need to reprint my QR sign when I update the guide?+
Changing guide content does not require a new sign. The QR remains valid while the guide address stays the same and the guide is accessible. If its address changes, download and print an updated sign. Test the printed QR with a phone before printing more copies.
How do progressive pricing tiers work?+
Your first property costs €7/month. Properties 2 to 5 cost €6 each, and properties 6 to 20 cost €5 each. For example, six properties cost €36/month or €360/year. Reaching a new band does not change the price of earlier properties.
Does starting with 101 properties cost the same as growing to 101?+
Yes. The base price for 101 properties is €404/month or €4,040/year before taxes, whether you start with 101 or reach that quantity later. Crossing a band does not apply its new rate to properties in earlier bands.
How does the free trial work?+
Create an account without a credit card and try Hostsy with one property for 14 days. Verify your email to access your account.
What happens when the trial ends?+
Without an active subscription, public guest guides stop being available. You keep access to your administration area and your data.
Are taxes included?+
No. All prices and estimates on this page exclude VAT. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
How much do I save with annual billing?+
Each annual rate equals ten monthly payments, giving you the equivalent of two months free over a full year.
Do guests need a paid account?+
No. Guests open the digital guide through a link or QR code, without an account or an app download.
